Tram start every few minutes from centre of City.

RIDE No. 1. - Starting from Guildhall, take Car marked Heavitree (Red Disc), 1½ miles, which passes through main street. Notice quaint old Houses and Churches. Thence along a pleasant open road by St. Luke's Training College (for Schoolmasters), past Livery Dole (the site on which years ago John Bennett M. A., was burnt for heresy), by the Gordon Memorial Lamp, down a steep decline into Heavitree (one of the last places visited by the late General Gordon). If time permits, wander into the new Pleasure Grounds.

RIDE No. 2. - Starting from Guildhall, take Car marked Dunsford Road (Red Disc). Notice quaint Houses en route - Hinton Lake's, Stocker's, Old Guildhall, Old Statue of St. Peter (corner of North Street, on right), Cavaliers' House (on left), then St. Olave's Church (on right), St. John's (on left), Tuckers' Hall (right), down a steep decline over the new steel Exe Bridge (designed by Sir John Wolfe Barry, K.C.B.), over the River into St. Thomas, past the quaint old Parish Church to Dunsford Gate, and then for a glorious walk into the Country to Ide, back around Alphington.

RIDE No. 3.- Starting at Guildhall, take Pinhoe Road Car (Green Disc). Pass through main street, notice "Express and Echo" Office, Ross' House, St. Stephen's Church, St. Lawrence's Church, Karslake's quaint Frontage, the Arcade, and St. Sidwell's Church.
